Manager Design Engineer

Engineering:

• To ensure provision of technically sound and cost effective proposals to marketing department

• Ensure preparation of accurate bill of materials

• Ensure technically sound and cost effective engineering.

• Ensure timely provision of drawings

Product Development:

• Find new technologies in Process Equipment to develop product and increase product range.

• Standardize product in order to ensure the uniformity in quality.

Improvement and Maintenance of Engineering Tools:

• Improve Engineering software and update in order to meet changing technological requirements

Managing People:

• Ensure the effective achievement of departmental objectives through leadership by setting individual objectives managing performance developing and motivating staff provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal in order to maximize subordinate and the performance of the section.

Policies & Procedures:

• Recommend improvements to policies and direct the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas of project management (Process Equipment) so that all the relevant procedural / legislative requirements are fulfilled while delivering a quality costeffective service to stakeholders.

Taking the Ownership of Company QHSE Policy:

• Accountable to create a safe working environment manage risks reduce exposure to hazardous liability and ensure implementation of QHSE policy.

• Comply with all QA/QC standards (DIMS documents) as applicable to the company systems policies procedures and documents in order to deliver the expected quality of work.

Minimum Qualification:

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering.

Minimum Experience:

Experienced in design of pressure vessel & Heat Exchangers at least 10 years.
