Role Specifications:

• Supervise and support field staff in the execution of digital Microschools and Inschools.
• Support the field team by making frequent visits providing feedback and resolving challenges.
• Share monthly progress reports and review inapp analytics data.
• Identify potential communities for microschool scaleup.
• Develop major KPIs/metrics aligned with project goals.
• Set up a Student Management System and integrate student data.
• Develop dashboard visualizations for operational monitoring.

• Experience in developing and implementing performance management tools and benchmarks.
• Proficiency in data collection analysis and visualization.
