- Share monthly progress reports and review inapp analytics data.
- Identify potential communities for microschool scaleup.
- Develop major KPIs/metrics aligned with project goals.
- Set up a Student Management System and integrate student data.
- Develop dashboard visualizations for operational monitoring.
