DevOps Engineer

We are currently seeking a talented and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our team and help us enhance our AWS infrastructure.

Job Description: As a DevOps Engineer at Sohoby you will be responsible for designing implementing and maintaining our AWS infrastructure. You will work closely with our development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and continuous delivery of applications. The ideal candidate is passionate about automation scalability and reliability in cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design deploy and manage scalable secure and highly available AWS environments.
  
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
  
• Monitor and optimize system performance ensuring high availability and reliability.
  
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate and automate code deployment.
  
• Implement security best practices and ensure compliance with industry standards.
  
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in development test and production environments.
  
• Document processes configurations and architectural designs.
  

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer with a focus on AWS.
  
• Strong understanding of cloud architecture and services including EC2 S3 RDS Lambda and VPC.
  
• Experience with infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform CloudFormation or Ansible.
  
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python Bash or PowerShell.
  
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes.
  
• Familiarity with monitoring and logging tools like CloudWatch Prometheus Grafana or ELK stack.
  
• Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• AWS certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect DevOps Engineer or SysOps Administrator.
  
• Experience with automated testing frameworks and tools.
  
• Knowledge of networking principles and security protocols.
  
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.
