Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced female for the position of Assistant Manager to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will be a female with a strong background in digital marketing strategies and execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Strategy Development: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Campaign Management: Plan execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media email search engine optimization (SEO) and payperclick (PPC) advertising.
Content Creation: Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for digital platforms including social media posts blog articles videos and email newsletters.
Social Media Management: Manage the companys presence on social media platforms including content scheduling community engagement and performance tracking.
Email Marketing: Develop and execute email marketing campaigns including segmentation automation and performance analysis.
SEO and SEM: Implement and optimize search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic. Manage search engine marketing (SEM) campaigns to increase visibility and conversions.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor digital marketing performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders.
Budget Management: Manage digital marketing budgets effectively ensuring optimal allocation of resources and maximizing return on investment (ROI).
Team Leadership: Provide guidance and leadership to the digital marketing team fostering a collaborative and highperformance work environment.
