Gas Nomination Scheduler

Main job responsibilities:

• Participation in the process of the schedule preparation/agreements with buyers under gas sales agreements;
• Communication with the gas buyers on schedule execution including timely management of the nominations of the volumes under the gas sales agreements;
• Coordination with the terminal operator and the gas grid operator to ensure that nominated gas volumes are timely regasified from LNG and supplied to the network;
• Coordination and communication with ADP Scheduler and Commercial Manager to ensure effective flow of the operational information on the gas nominations/deliveries within Company;
• Preparation of the relevant supply documents and reports for General Director and data entry/management in the Companys systems.

Education: Higher education focused on Economics and/or Business Administration

Additional Education:

• Valid certificate required to apply for the license to operate hazardous chemicals is preferred

Experience required:

• 2 years

Other requirements:

• English language Russian is preferred;
• Domestic experience in terminal operations and cargo scheduling;
• Knowledge of the LNG and gas supply chain and its operations;
• Knowledge of the scheduling practices and provisions governing LNG SalesandPurchase Agreements and Terminal Use Agreements;
• Skills in development preparation acceptance and handover of acts and other documents.
