CBA has an immediate need for a Project Coordinator in Millbury OH to provide chief support for project engineers project managers and superintendents. This position will primarily involve the administrative duties surrounding construction document management. Ideal candidates will have construction experience but it is not mandatory. Knowledge of document management items such as submittals change order purchase orders and other construction related documents is a plus.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Issue purchase orders subcontracts and change orders
- Process pay applications from vendors and to owners
- Secure insurances for projects and track escrow agreements
- Assure compliance with EEO and MBE
- Set up submittals and in some cases manage submittals to AE
- Coordinate material deliveries to jobsite per project schedule requirements
- Distribute key contract documents like drawings to essential sub s and vendors
- Coordinate bid documents for team
- May be asked to assist the estimating department
