Job Title: Project Manager IT for ADC Lab Expansion
Job Location: Saint Louis MO
Job Type: Contract
Job Summary:
Seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead IT initiatives for expanding an ADC lab. This role requires expertise in coordinating resources managing timelines and implementing IT solutions that enhance lab operations and support growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution: Develop and manage project scope schedule budget and resource allocation for lab expansion projects.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage crossfunctional teams including lab staff IT and vendors to align on project objectives.
- Risk Management: Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and quality.
- Resource Coordination: Allocate resources effectively ensuring timely delivery of project goals.
- Communication: Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status challenges and progress.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure IT solutions meet compliance regulations and quality standards.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed project documentation including plans reports and change requests.
- PostImplementation Review: Conduct evaluations postproject to assess success and identify improvements.
- Financial Management: Monitor budget track expenses and ensure financial alignment with project goals.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelors degree in project management or a related field; PMP or similar certification is preferred.
- Experience: 10 years in project management preferably within IT or lab/life sciences environments.
- Technical Skills: Knowledge of IT/OT integration lab management systems and analytical tools.
- Financial Acumen: Experience in project budgeting forecasting and reporting.
- Soft Skills: Strong leadership communication and team management abilities.
- ProblemSolving: Proven critical thinking skills for complex decisionmaking.
- Tools: Proficiency with project management tools (e.g. Microsoft Project JIRA Smartsheet) and familiarity with Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS).
