PARTTIME COFOUNDER

We are excited to offer a unique opportunity to join usas an equity cofounder at Launch Legends a pioneering venture that merges Web3 blockchain technology with the burgeoning creator industry. This role places you at the heart of the convergence between Web3 and the creator economy through our innovative Autheo Layer1 blockchain platform with an integrated social platform and the first affinity network WFO (building on Autheo) anextreme sports creator network built on Autheo.

- Collaborate with a team of seasoned entrepreneurs who have successfully launched ventures nationally and internationally raised capital exceeding $500 million and spearheaded several highrevenue disruptive projects.
- Work alongside our global team of 75 experts to position Launch Legends as a leader in the creator network with the potential to revolutionize the industry.
- Receive equity in Launch Legends (Autheo and WFO) and tokens (salary compensation after successful Public Token Sale anticipated January 2024).

Future Compensation Plans
While this is initially an equity and tokenonly role our comprehensive tokenomics plan includes compensation after the successfulpublic token sale anticipated in January where we plan to introduce salaries for both fulltime and parttime positions.
About the Organization
Launch Lends has been under development for over 3.5 years. We are gearing up to launch:
- Autheo: Our Layer1 blockchain with an integrated disruptive social platform for creators to own expand and monetize their networks.
- WFO:Extreme Sports Affinity Network Built on Autheo to showcase the power of Autheo for affinity network ecosystem launch and growth.
- Autheo Blockchain Devnet (THEO token) went live November 11 2024. Incentivised testnet together with Node Sale and Mainnet Launch scheduled for December with Public Token Sale in late December or January.
These initiatives are set to transform the creator industryprojected to reach $500 billion by 2027 and theextreme sports market an excitingsports sector with over 400 million active partipants worldwide.
POSITION TITLE: BOOKKEEPER
Location: Remote
Launch Legends is seeking a meticulous and detailoriented Bookkeeper to manage daytoday financial operations and provide critical support for the companys accounting and recordkeeping functions. This role is essential for maintaining accurate financial records ensuring compliance and optimizing processes for a dynamic organization at the forefront of Web3 innovation. The Bookkeeper will collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth financial workflows reporting accuracy and support for budgeting and planning efforts.
Key Responsibilities
1. Daily Financial Management
- Record all financial transactions including accounts payable and receivable payroll and general ledger entries.
- Reconcile bank statements crypto wallets and financial accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Maintain organized and uptodate financial records in compliance with accounting best practices.
2. Reporting and RecordKeeping
- Generate monthly quarterly and annual financial reports including balance sheets income statements and cash flow statements.
- Assist in preparing documentation for tax filings audits and regulatory compliance.
- Track and categorize expenses to support budgeting and financial planning.
3. Budget Support and Cost Optimization
- Support the development of budgets by providing accurate financial data and tracking performance against forecasts.
- Analyze expenditures to identify potential costsaving opportunities and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
4. Web3 Financial Processes
- Track and record crypto transactions including token movements staking rewards validator incentives and airdrop distributions.
- Ensure all blockchainrelated financial activities are accurately reflected in financial records.
- Collaborate with the finance and ecosystem teams to integrate blockchainspecific financial workflows seamlessly.
5. Compliance and Internal Controls
- Maintain compliance with financial regulations including tax reporting and audit requirements.
- Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure financial accuracy.
- Stay informed about blockchainspecific compliance requirements such as AML/KYC regulations and crypto tax obligations.
Qualifications
Essential Skills and Experience
- Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 years in bookkeeping accounting or financial management.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks Xero or equivalent platforms.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to manage accurate records and reconcile financial accounts.
- Blockchain Knowledge: Understanding of crypto transactions wallets and financial processes (training provided if limited experience).
Preferred Skills
- Experience managing crypto or blockchainrelated financial transactions.
- Familiarity with tax compliance for blockchain and crypto assets.
- Exposure to working in startups dynamic organizations or technologydriven environments.
Educational Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Professional certification such as a Certified Bookkeeper (CB) or willingness to pursue certification is a plus.
