Our clients headquarter is based on Shenzhen Guangdong whos established in 1987. This company is starting to produce phone switches and now developed into creating the telco network providers which is not only tools but also the complex service for domestic and international coverage. Their products are reaching more than 170 countries with more than 195000 employees.

We are seeking a driven and experienced Cloud Core Network Project Manager to lead the development and execution of innovative wireless network solutions. This role is crucial for enhancing our product offerings and competitive edge in the telecom industry.

Responsibilities:

• Lead customer insight gathering and develop tailored productdomain or scenariobased solutions.
• Manage the development and execution of regionallevel projects ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
• Foster and maintain relationships with mid and seniorlevel technical personnel.
• Collect and analyze competitive intelligence to participate actively in crafting and implementing competition strategies.
• Strategize and guide the planning of wireless target networks for carrier customers ensuring a unique strategy for each network.
• Understand customer requirements and pain points from a business and network perspective to guide the market introduction of products and improve product and solution competitiveness.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering Computer Science Telecommunications Engineering Mechanical Engineering or other related ICT fields.
• At least 3 years of handson presales product/solution experience in the ICT industry specifically with wireless products.
• Proficient understanding of wireless product solution technologies and development including insights into 5G and target network analysis.
• Experienced in customer account management and capable of developing and sustaining customer relationships.
• Strong skills in English both in writing and presentations; knowledge of Chinese is a plus.
• Proven ability to manage a small team focused on wireless solutions with strong negotiation skills at the customer interface.
• High resilience under pressure with excellent communication skills and a proactive work attitude.
• Openminded and adaptable able to quickly adjust to new work environments and manage stress effectively.

Additional Skills:

• Experience in technical and commercial bidding for wireless projects.
• Knowledgeable in the installation and operational setup of wireless base projects.
• Familiarity with the project operation mechanisms within representative offices.
