Job Description
- Handle the payment process and AP documentation
- Process daily operations (Invoicing and reconciliation) and coordinate to follow up with related parties to submit original invoices within timeline
- Provide withholding tax certificates to vendors
- Perform month-end closing tasks under Accounts Payable related accounts
- Ensure that financial data is accurate and delivered on time
- Communicate information related to payment to stakeholders
- Support the team to deliver ad hoc requests/projects
