Project Assistant

KTI Talent Indicator is an AIpowered talent discovery software platform that provides talent mapping evaluation and reskilling services with training for companies. Currently we are seeking a Project Assistant.

Location: Ho Chi Minh

Tasks

Manage project schedules and timelines.
Oversee and track project progress ensuring milestones are met.
Conduct research to support project development and decisionmaking.
Provide excellent customer support to clients and stakeholders.
Assist in general administrative tasks as needed.
Monitor community activity on social channels.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience as a Project Assistant or similar role with the mentioned scope of work
• Startups spirit and knowledge of Web3 technologies.
• IELTS score of 6.0 or equivalent language proficiency.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• A proactive and positive approach to problemsolving.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
• Used to study abroad
