Legal Officer

• Drafting/reviewing legal documents letters and contracts and monitors legal obligations to ensure compliance.
  
• Maintains records and files of all legal cases and paperwork.
  
• Assist in formulating and implementing relevant college policies and procedures.
  
• Provides legal advice and recommendations as necessary.
  
• Advises on changes to the laws pertaining to the college.
  
• Participates in internal investigations whenever directed to ensure legal compliance.
  
• Attends committee meetings and align college legal strategy with that of the group.
  
• Coordinates with external legal advisors.
  
• Support HR with labour cases and drafting administrative action letters.
  
• Attend court sessions whenever assigned and represent the college when necessary
  

Requirements

• Degree in Law from a reputable institution.
  
• Registration in the Saudi Bar Assosication.
  
• Practical and relevant experience in court sessions and preparation of responses.
  
• Native Arabic speaker with strong command in writting and speaking
  
• Good knoweldge of English language
