Reporting directly to the Director of User Acquisition North America devising an acquisition strategy and plan across multiple games and studios.
Analyze data and optimize campaign performance towards Return on Investment (ROI) and CPI:LTV
Work closely with other departments such as creative product development data analytics and customer support to ensure a seamless user experience and optimize user acquisition efforts
Maintain existing UA channels while testing and launching new channels
Stay updated on industry trends best practices and changes in acquisition algorithms to continuously improve UA performance
Conduct competitor analysis and provide recommendations for improvement based on market trends and user behavior
Collaborate in building out new BI reporting tools (Looker preferred)
Communicate clearly to management the plans status challenges to meeting objectives
Mobile UA experience: 24 years prior relevant experience in User Acquisition at an agency or developer side
Expertise in Google Applovin Ironsource Unity and DSPs
Analytical mindset: Proficiency with Excel and proven track record for working with complex data presenting them in an understandable way and translating them into meaningful decisions
Experience in working with creative agencies (internal and external) and writing briefs
Ability to stay organized and create new testing processes that increase efficiency
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with crossfunctional teams and build relationships with partners
Strong strategic thinking and problemsolving skills to identify opportunities and challenges and develop effective marketing strategies to achieve business goals
Excellent work ethic and ability to manage multiple projects in a resultsoriented manner
Experience in bringing new mobile games to market preferred
