Job Description

Senior Manager Talent Acquisition
Based in Hong Kong

Organisation & Purpose of the role :
Our client is a leading MNC in the maritime industry seeking a senior Recruitment/Talent Acquisition professional to lead the endtoend process for talent acquisition across their organisation. This work will include but not be limited to ownership and implementation of relevant technology assessment and selection tools and methodologies partner relationships and status reporting to top management.

Responsibilties :

Key responsibilities include working with the Group HR Director to:
  • Develop the Global Talent Acquisition strategy priorities and plans from sourcing policy and process development assessment and selection and enhancing candidate experience.
  • Oversee the implementation of and ongoing improvement to the SAP Recruitment Module
  • Establish reporting metrics to track effectiveness and experience outcomes
  • Oversee the development of campaigns to reach talent and enhance the employer brand
  • Oversee recruitment operations globally ensuring SLAs are met (approx. 100150 vacancies per year)
  • Lead senior level recruitment in Hong Kong
  • Oversee onboarding globally ensuring seamless flow from TA processes
  • Manage and develop the recruitment team
  • Support assessment centres for developmental purposes
  • Work with search firms and recruiters as needed and ensuring value for money
  • Recommend improvements to the employee experience from onboarding through to succession planning activities.
  • Leverage the TA process to drive the company s diversity agenda.


Requirements

  • University graduate with at least 12 years of Talent Acquisition and HR experience in progressive organisations with proven experience leading Talent Acquisition operations and global change initiatives.
  • A minimum of 5 years at managerial level.
  • Significant experience of assessment tools and methodologies. Likely to be accredited in one or more psychometric assessment tools.
