Manufacturing Manager

testing process.

Thorough knowledge on ISO 9001 requirements related to manufacturing/equipment
maintenance and continuous improvement activities like 5S/cycle time reduction/Quick
changer/eliminating waste/operators skill enhancement/developing vendors/root cause

analysis and other.
Must have excellent communication skills (oral & written)
Must know kannada language and preference will be given to candidates from Karnataka
state.

Brief Job Description:
Ensure production planning is done as per customer delivery requirements and adhere to
same.
Ensure availability of machine/material/tools/jigs/fixtures and other required for uninterrupted
production.
Review daily production plan and take necessary action to complete jobs on time.
Coordinate with other functions like quality/design/purchase for completion of
manufacturing orders on time.
Maintain product quality requirements as per drawing and ensure zero defects.
Responding to customer complaints on time and implementing necessary corrective action to
eliminate root cause/s.
Preparing monthly production performance reports on time analyzing the data initiating
corrective action wherever required and reporting to management.
