Job Description:

Cognic Systems Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a professional smart and presentable female telecaller to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a persuasive attitude and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about our products and services.
• Answer incoming calls from customers to resolve inquiries and provide information.
• Maintain customer records by updating account information.
• Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions within the time limits.
• Follow up on customer interactions and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company.

Requirements:

• Minimum 12 years of experience in telecalling or a similar role.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Professional and presentable appearance.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle pressure.
