Bhumi Fellowship recruits young graduates between the ages of 20 and 30 years to transform government schools in Tamil Nadu. The Associate will identify the best talent from a pool of applicants by managing the selection process endtoend. The associate will also ensure a turnaround time of 15 days for every candidate applying to the Bhumi Fellowship.
Role and Responsibilities:
- Facilitate the selection process including reviewing applications and conducting Telephonic Interviews Final Assessment Centres and Personal Interviews
- Manage interns and volunteers by assigning and tracking responsibilities
- Design and implement a fellow (Cohort 2025) engagement strategy
Educational Qualification/Experience:
- Bachelor s degree
- 02 years experience Volunteering experience would be an added advantage
Knowledge & Skill sets required:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent data analysis skills

Skills Required: Networking find out & establish contact with local Communities, Colleges, NGOs & other Partnerships. Able to do house visits and good reachability in the community. Written and oral communication in Tamil and English. Hindi will be an added advantage.. Ability to engage with daily wagers and college dropouts & slum youths. Basic Idea of Qualitative and Quantitative research methodologies. Flexibility & Positive thoughts keen to learn new things.
