Job Description
Designation: Associate Product
Job Location: Andheri Mumbai
Job description:
1. Create Product Strategy & implementation roadmap in line with Business Plan and backed with strong Customer & Market insights. Conduct Gap Analysis (consumers market segments) to identify underserved and unserved needs.
2. Work collaboratively with crossfunctional team including BD Operations Marketing and Technology to develop and implement product strategies seamlessly.
3. Proactively create and track OKRs (with respect to usage conversion adoption and retention) for the Product team and keep them accountable throughout the quarter while continuously providing recommendations to drive improvements
4. Use quantitative and experimentation driven resultoriented actions for improving user acquisition retention experience and performance closely tracking performance regularly to ensure plans/tweaks in time.
5. Liaise with stakeholders across the Product Engineering and UX teams to define implement and measure feature development their KPI and performance.
Hold an overall understanding of the tech architecture with strengths limitations of the platform for journey optimization. Education: 1. Engineering from IT or BSC IT 2. With atleast of 1 2 Years of Experience in Product Role.
