We are looking for an energetic and goaloriented Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives developing and implementing sales strategies and fostering strong client relationships. If youre a motivated leader with a pion for sales we want to hear from you.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in a sales management role.
2. Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Team Leadership: and nbsp;Manage and lead a team of sales representatives setting clear goals and performance expectations.
2. Sales Strategy: and nbsp;Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
3. Client Engagement: and nbsp;Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients understanding their needs and ensuring exceptional service.
4. Sales Coaching: and nbsp;Provide coaching and mentorship to the sales team to enhance their sales ss and product knowledge.
5. Sales Metrics: and nbsp;Monitor and yze sales data and metrics to track team performance and make datadriven decisions.
6. Market Research: and nbsp;Stay informed about industry trends competitor activities and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.
7. Client Acquisition: and nbsp;Identify and pursue new client opportunities to grow the customer base.
8. Sales Reporting: and nbsp;Prepare and deliver regular sales reports to senior management.
