Responsibilities:

  • Strategic thinker with a resultsoriented mindset with the ability to identify and pursue partnership opportunities that align with business objectives.
  • Managing and maintaining relationships with new and existing partners such as creative agency vendors (DOOH/OOH SEO Agency etc.) and digital media buy inventories (Meta Google TikTok etc).
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategic partnership plan that aligns with our business objectives and customer needs.
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to analyze data and metrics to make informed decisions and optimize partnership performance.
  • Developing strategies for partnership growth and integration
  • Overseeing partnership performance and ensuring alignment with business goals
  • Knowledge of industry trends market dynamics and competitive landscape with a passion for staying updated on emerging technologies and best practices.
  • Work closely with other departments including sales account manager and operations to drive successful partnership outcomes.
  • Represent the company at industry events conferences and forums to build brand awareness and promote our services.
  • Conducting mentoring sessions on product updates for sales account manager and marketing teams to bolster their collective expertise.


Requirements:

  • A Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Economics Communications or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of working experience in business development strategic partnerships or a related field in advertising agency/digital marketing
  • Proven track record of building successful partnerships and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to open opportunities and build and drive positive commercial outcomes with partners.
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills with a datadriven mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong business acumen and ability to understand market trends and competitive landscape.
  • Must have an existing vendor creative agency network and digital media buy with proven ability to build agency partnerships.
  • Fluent in English
