Job Description
1. Preventive Maintenance of Paint Equipments Ovens RTOs Paint circulation systems Robots Booth Air Handling System PTED process Pumps hangersconveyors Sealer Dispensing systems etc.
2. Able to work on PreTreatment & Electrode Deposition process Equipments.
3. Able to work on Fire Protection systems Periodic checks / parts replace.
4. Able to replace big parts Motor Gearbox Robot Internal parts Oven & Booth Conveyor chain Roller & Rails.
5. Able to work on Fork Transfer / Lifter periodic checks /parts replace.

1. Planning & Execution of Preventive Breakdown Predictive Maintenance. 2. Knowledge on Paint Robots Pneumatics Heat Exchangers PLC
3. IT networking understanding for Equipments Ethernet LAN FL Net CCLink.
4. Understanding of latest Digital technologies Symptom Grasping Tools IoT WiFi Data transfer.
5. Good communication skills & Leadership qualities to Lead a team of Technicians.
6. Budget & Spares Planning /Procurement / Inventory / SAP knowhow.
7. Kaizen Mind for carrying out Innovations towards S Q P& C.
