Job Description
Look for a Candidate with Oncology Coding Experience. Should have CCS Certification. (Please include this on top of the resume)
Position Overview:
Compiles and keeps medical records of patients of health care delivery system to document patient condition and treatment. Checks medical records for completeness and to abstract and code clinical data such as diseases operations procedures and therapies using standard classification systems.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience: Must have CCS. Must have experience doing hospital coding. Not pro fee.
Ideal if they have oncology coding experience.
Minimum Education: CCS
Location (If remote list as so): 100% remote
Schedule: Week days during training. Then we can adjust if needed after training.
FTE Conversion/Extension possibility Possible. Candidates looking for FTE opportunities are preferred.
Interview Type (phone Teams inperson etc.): Phone
