Relationship Manager Sales
Location: Gurgaon
Job Role
The key areas of responsibility are as follows:
- Increase AUM Net Sales and Market Share of the Branch
- Channel management across IFA s National Distributors and Banks
- Ensure standards of Customer Service and Compliance are met at the Branch
- Monitoring the servicing of clients with regard to their payments redemptions and specific queries
Knowledge & Essential Skills:
- Ability to think through & implement necessary strategies to ensure healthy shares in the region
- Relationship skills necessary to manage highend distributors & investors.
- Indepth knowledge of the MF industry products & Financial Markets (Equity / Debt / ETFs)
- High Enthusiasm & Aggression
- Team Managing Skills
- Pleasing personality & an excellent communication skills
Academics:
- Minimum Qualification: Fulltime Graduation; MBA
Remarks:
- A person with experience in handling IFAs and NDs in terms of large numbers would be preferred
