Overview:
The Relationship Manager Insurance plays a critical role in developing and maintaining relationships with clients in the insurance industry. They are responsible for understanding clients insurance needs offering suitable products and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role is vital in driving sales building client loyalty and contributing to the companys growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
To offer customized insurance solution to the customers for all their financial needs and act as an interface between customer and company
Its an individual contribution role.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients in the insurance sector
- Assess clients insurance needs and offer suitable products and solutions
- Act as a primary point of contact for clients addressing inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of insurance services to clients
- Generate new business opportunities by identifying prospects and converting leads
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Conduct regular portfolio reviews with clients to assess and update their insurance coverage
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in insurance policies and regulations
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes
- Handle and resolve client complaints or issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Prepare and present reports on sales performance pipeline and client feedback
- Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand client base
- Adhere to compliance and regulatory standards in all client interactions and transactions
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials and campaigns to promote insurance products
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members if applicable
Required Qualifications:
MUST have :Minimum 1 year ofsales experience in Life Insurance Banca/Direct/Agency
*Must have BFSI/Insurance Experience (1yrs)
*Must have a bike (Not mandatory in Mumbai) Graduation
*Should be comfortable in Open Market Direct Sales
Graduates with Good Communication Skills
Language: English with any Regional Languages.
- Bachelors degree in Business Finance Marketing or a related field
- Proven 1 year in LIfe insurance sales or a similar role within the financial industry.
- Strong knowledge of various insurance products and services
- Excellent understanding of customer relationship management and retention
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze clients needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance standards
- Exceptional negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools
- Strong problemsolving and conflict resolution skills
- Organizational time management and multitasking abilities
- Certifications in insurance or related fields such as CIP would be advantageous
- Proactive and resultsdriven mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
