Bartender

We're a team of hip, creative go-getters aiming to evolve Bahrain's dining scene. After just 1 year of operations, RAMENARA was voted by the public as One of Bahrain's 6 Best Restaurants (Bahrain Confidential 2023).

We have an available position for a bright, energetic bartender to join the family. Previous bartending experience required with top casual or fine dining concepts, hotels or hospitality groups in Bahrain.

(LOCAL HIRES ONLY - Applicants currently out of Bahrain will NOT be considered)

Role Responsibility:

• Prepare alcohol and non-alcohol beverages from a service bar
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails and mocktails
• Create seasonal cocktails with the Creative Director and Bar team
• Maintain bar inventory and supplies
• Interact with customers when required and deliver drinks
• Make cocktail and wine recommendations to guests
• Focus on the guests and provide an exceptional guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Requirements:

• Availability to join IMMEDIATELY
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Bartender or similar role
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Computer literacy
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills
• Relevant training certificate is a plus
