Job Description
Must-haves
- 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills. Ability to translate user stories/requirements and user feedback into design.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Penpot or similar UX design tools.
- Experience incorporating accessibility into UX design strategy
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile development environment.
- Experience and ability to work closely with developers to ensure design implementation meets the intended user experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, HCD, or a related field. Additional qualifying experience may be substituted for the required education on a year-for-year basis.
