Overview:
The Customer Relationship Manager plays a crucial role in maintaining positive relationships with clients ensuring their satisfaction and ultimately contributing to the companys success. This role is essential in managing the communication and interactions between the organization and its customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Correspond with international clients via email and other online channels for sales and other
- queries.
- Supervise the management tracking and dispatch of orders for international and nation clients.
- Establish followup and feedback loop with client and head office.
- Liaise with head office factory and international clients to establish efficient communication and
- workflow.
- Develop and maintain customer database and sales database.
- Facilitate tea tasting sessions for international buyers and enthusiasts.
- Track factory & head office stock of tea inventory
Required Qualifications:
- Demonstrated ability to communicate present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Experience in delivering clientfocused solutions based on customer needs
- Excellent listening and negotiation skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
