Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and detailoriented Site/Project Supervisor/Coordinator to join our team. The Site/Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting and coordinating various aspects of project management and site operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and coordinating project activities schedules and timelines.
- Monitor and track project progress expenses and deliverables.
- Coordinate with internal teams contractors and vendors to ensure project objectives are met.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation reports and records.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards and project requirements.
- Coordinate logistics for project materials equipment and resources.
- Communicate project updates issues and resolutions to stakeholders and team members.
- Assist in resolving projectrelated problems and challenges in a timely and effective manner.
- Support in budgeting cost tracking and resource allocation for projects.
- Assist in the implementation of quality control measures and adherence to project specifications.
- Finalizing contractors for Installation of Systems on site. Getting work order signed and issued to contractor as per company norms.
- Coordination between Site client and factory regarding material delivery ensuring all material delivered accounted for and proposer record maintained in office for same.
- Setting up a site team along with installation head for Site supervision support execution including prior planning of man power deployments
- Issuing pay orders for Contractors as per due amounts stage wise.
- Making sure disputes or queries of clients resolved asap.
- Ensuring proper handover of the system to client and maintenance team in stipulated time with all paperwork in place
- Maintain records file for site progress updated on daily basis.
- Reporting to management any incident or unwanted activity observed during the course of your execution of duty.
Requirements: - Proven experience as a Site/Project Supervisor/Coordinator or similar role in construction engineering or related industries.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of project management principles methodologies and tools.
- Familiarity with processes building codes and regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and project management software.
- Ability to work independently take initiative and problemsolve proactively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in documenting project information and reports.
- Understanding of safety practices and regulations in construction or project environments.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 23 years of experience in a similar role preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
- Certification in project management (e.g. PMP CAPM) is a plus.
- Experience with AutoCAD or other design software is desirable but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to analyze project data and metrics.
- Flexibility to work onsite and travel to project locations as needed.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also demonstrating initiative and independent decisionmaking skills.
