Job Description
- Coordinate and facilitate the implementation of NABH standards and guidelines within the organization
- Conduct regular audits and essments to ensure compliance with NABH requirements
- Collaborate with various departments to develop and implement quality improvement initiatives
- Provide training and support to staff members on NABH standards and best practices
- Prepare and maintain doentation related to NABH accreditation and compliance
- Bachelors degree in healthcare management nursing or a related field
- 13 years of experience in a healthcare setting with knowledge of NABH standards
- Strong understanding of healthcare processes and quality improvement odologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal ss
- Detailoriented and organized with the ability to multitask effectively
- Certification in NABH standards and accreditation is preferred
