Job Description
Our client, a leading organisation in the region, is seeking a Senior Corporate Governance Specialist to join their team in Abu Dhabi. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and has a passion for corporate governance. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and managing manuals, reviewing and organising data for management presentations, and supporting key meetings and events.
Key requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Business Administration or equivalent.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
- Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles and practices.
- Excellent data management skills.
- Experience in policy updates and document maintenance.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while ensuring accuracy.
