Position Overview:

  • Employment Type: Permanent

  • Job Functions: System Integrator Information Technology


Capabilities:

  • Education: Bachelors in Information Technology or Computer Science. Masters in Business Administration preferred.
  • Experience: 8 to 12 years in sales within leading IT Systems Integrators Consulting or Software Principal companies with at least 6 years of direct sales experience preferably in digital procurement Supply Chain/Managed Service offerings. Prior experience in digital transformation services is highly desirable. Prior work experience in Indonesia is required.
  • Other Skills:
    • Excellent communication skills with uptodate knowledge of technology advancements and SI Services.
    • Understanding of customer challenges budgeting proposal defense and competitor analysis.
    • Senior stakeholder engagement conflict resolution negotiation skills and team player mentality.
    • Domain expertise in Energy/Utilities/BFSI.


Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Independently pursue large bids and RFPs as well as secure solesourced private deals.
  • Lead identification prospecting solution design bid management pricing contract negotiation delivery liaison postaward monitoring collections and account relationship management.
  • Ability to grasp new technologies.
  • Develop GoToMarket (GTM) strategy for new geographies where our client is not present.
  • Handle large strategic clients independently in Indonesia.
  • Individual contributor role with a quarterly sales target and responsibility for achieving numbers.
  • Develop the countrys business pipeline design clientspecific solutions and follow up on sales opportunities.
  • Handle key sectors and accounts sales administration market research and competitor analysis.
  • Build partner ecosystem with digital procurement software principals.
  • Strong proposal development and presentation skills.
  • Independently finalize deals in a lean team environment.
