Job Description:

A Sales Executive oversees the final stages of the sales process focusing on closing deals negotiating terms and building lasting client relationships. They are responsible for meeting sales targets driving revenue growth and ensuring customer satisfaction. Sales Executives bring a strategic and clientcentric approach to sales leveraging their expertise to convert leads into customers and maximize business opportunities. Their role is vital for driving business growth expanding market reach and maintaining competitive advantage in the industry.


Requirements

  • Sales Strategy Development: Developing effective sales strategies to meet revenue targets and business objectives.

  • Customer Acquisition: Identifying and acquiring new customers through market research prospecting cold calling and relationship building.

  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiating terms and closing sales deals to achieve sales quotas and maximize revenue.

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conducting market research to identify trends opportunities and competitive threats.

  • Sales Performance Reporting: Analyzing sales performance data to track progress identify areas for improvement and optimize sales processes.



Requirements: Proven experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, ideally within the virtual services or B2B sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers. Strong organizational and time management skills; capable of managing multiple prospects simultaneously and effectively. Self-motivated and driven by results, with a strong desire to succeed in a competitive environment. Comfortable working independently in a fully remote setting. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office suite. Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects by continuous lead generation and effective lead qualification. Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies based on market feedback and sales results. Compensation: This is a 100% commission-based role. You will earn a competitive commission as a revenue share for each closed deal, which provides a significant earning potential based on performance. There are no caps on earnings, making this an exceptional opportunity for candidates driven to excel in sales and reap the rewards of their efforts.
