As the Online Chat Support Manager at Qatar Aluminum Limited, located in Doha, QA, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the online chat support team, serving as the primary point of contact for customers seeking assistance through live chat. This role is part-time, requiring a mid-to-senior level of experience with a minimum of 8 years in a similar role.
