Work hand in hand with the Director of Design and Experiences and the creative leads on talent and resource allocations across print, digital, video production and event experiences.
Perform scrum meetings with internal design team members, creative directors, freelancers, and enabling departments to align on priority projects and resource allocation.
In collaboration with the video production team and multi-media studio producer work to secure resources agency partners, and external vendors to perform video shoots across the AE region.
Work cross functional to harmonize Marketing Excellence processes to better serve the organization as the enabling design team.
Work with the design leadership team to define the vision and set-up of the department, define talent gaps and explore new models and ways of working to support the new AE organization.
Foster relationship within the organization to create trust and raving fans for the design and experiences department.
Maintain the day-to-day project management of all Asana boards and support the design team members in their communication with internal stakeholders and external agency partners and freelancers.
An expert Asana user with the ability to edit workflows, automations, and create and update department intake forms, that support more than 1500+ requests per quarter.
Maintain our quarterly forecasting excel spreadsheet and manage freelance budgets on a per project basis.
Maintain our Teams Sharepoint site, with all contracts, and department information.
