About the role: As an Administration Officer, you will be responsible for helping us achieve this ambition through: • Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls. • Assisting in time and daily management, scheduling of meetings, correspondence, and note taking. • Answering phone calls, takes notes, scheduling meetings and send emails. • Working closely with the management team and project team. • Organizing events and conferences. • Exhibiting polite and professional communication via phone, email, and letter writing. • Management of SVP diary for meeting, tasks and deadlines. • Typing, compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence. • Booking business travel arrangements. Qualifications About you: • Any Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent. • Minimum 3 years administrative experience in personal assistant (P.A.) or secretariat position • A brilliant multi-tasker. • Excellent organization and time management skills. • Flexible and effective in handling different situations. • Attentive to details. • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Office applications including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and familiar with latest technology. • Excellent English language oral, written and presentation skill required. • Fluent in Arabic both written and spoken is an advantage. • Excellent organizational ability in setting priorities, handle multiple responsibilities work, interruptions and meet deadlines
