Job Description
Overview:
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production schedules for settop boxes and home electronics.
- Maintain rigorous quality control measures throughout the production process.
- Evaluate and optimize production processes using Lean manufacturing principles.
- Lead and motivate a team of production staff providing guidance and training.
- Manage production resources efficiently to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure compliance with health safety and environmental regulations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the production team.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration across departments.
Other Criteria:
- Experience in production management preferably in electronics or home appliances
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality control principles.
- Excellent leadership analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Willingness to occasionally travel for supplier visits and meetings
