Learning Support Assistant - Sunderland

Medsolve are proud to be partnering with an amazing organisation who are looking for dedicated Learning Support Assistants to provide quality personcentred support to young adults with Autism.

This is a Permanent role and we offer a salary of 11.50 per hour. Please note we do NOT offer sponsorship.

This is a permanent role working Termtime only 32.5 hours per week.

Main Purpose of the Learning Support Assistants is:

To make a real difference to people s lives people that are passionate committed and invest in all that they do to achieve their potential and support others to do so.

You will work alongside the Manager and Senior Support Workers in supporting our young adults to progress positively through receiving encouragement understanding care and patience.

We are looking for Learning Support Assistants with some of the following skills and attributes:

• Right to Work in the UK
  
• Are willing to work as part of a team and within protocols and guidelines
  
• Have worked with Autistic adults but not essential as full training provided
  
• Have a high level of commitment and flexibility towards service delivery
  
• Have a level of fitness that enables participation in activities as part of agreed programmes
  
• Although not essential a clean driving license would be advantageous
  
• Strong Communication Skills
  
• A Good Listener
