Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Accurately and efficiently process documents according to work instructions
- Participate and coordinate in projects to improve processes and functions
- Provide general administrative support including preparing communications and maintaining schedules
- Perform office functions like setting up and maintaining files arranging meetings and conferences and gathering and reporting information
- Administer interdepartmental programs or processes
- Coordinate travel and submit expenses
Qualifications Internal:
Must Have:
- High School Diploma or GED
Nice to Have:
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint)
- Effective communication skills for resolving issues and answering questions
- Strong written communication skills
- Ability to exercise independent judgment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment
