Manage directors schedules appointments and travel arrangements. and nbsp;
Coordinate and prepare for meetings including agenda creation and document preparation. and nbsp;
Conduct research compile data and prepare reports as required. and nbsp;
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. and nbsp;
Handle incoming calls emails and correspondence directing them appropriately. and nbsp;
Maintain office supplies inventory and ensure proper functioning of equipment. and nbsp;
Assist with filing recordkeeping and data entry tasks as needed. and nbsp;
Coordinate with external vendors for office maintenance and other services. and nbsp;
Support other team members with administrative tasks as require and nbsp;
Provide personal assistance to directors including managing personal appointments and and nbsp;
errands. and nbsp;
Handle personal correspondence and manage personal schedules effectively. and nbsp;
Act as a liaison between directors personal and professional commitments. and nbsp;
Qualifications: and nbsp;
Strong organizational and timemanagement skills. and nbsp;
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. and nbsp;
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and office equipment. and nbsp;
Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information. and nbsp;
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. and nbsp;
