Job Description
- Follow Dispatch Schedule to prepare Documents.
- Coordinate with Marketing team for sales order
- Coordinate with Production team for availability of Material for Dispatch.
- Preparation of Sales Invoice in SAP
- Preparation of Sales Order in SAP
- Preparation of EWay Bill (Manual as when require)
- Preparation of EInvoice (Manual as when require)
- Filling of Dispatch documents on a regular basis.
- Preparation and maintain Job work and record.
Skill :
- Knowledge in MMModule Dispatch Documentation EInvoice EWay Bill Job Work ChallanNRGP & RGP Delivery Note etc
