Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Role: Trainee IT Recruiter
Location: Agra
Mode: Work from office (5 Days working)
Stipend: INR 10000 per month
Timings: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Experience: Graduates/MBA pursuing
Skills and Responsibilities:
Create and publish job ads in various portals.
Network with potential candidates through professional groups on social media and during events.
Screen resumes and job applications.
Conduct initial screening and shortlisting of qualified candidates.
Interview candidates inperson for a wide range of roles (junior senior and executive).
Track hiring metrics including timetohire timetofill and source of hire.
Reporting daily weekly and monthly.
Ability to manage recruitment events walkin drives etc.
Sourcing talent through traditional and digital means to maintain an active candidate database.
Must have excellent communication (Written and Verbal) skill.
