Systems Engineer

• Collaborate with process owners technical leads and stakeholders.
  

• Lead tasks related to systems engineering (SE) methods models and artifacts.
  

• Work closely with End Users Software Data and DevOps Engineers and Data Scientists.
  

• Assist in defining processes for technical platforms and system specifications.
  

• Develop and maintain systems engineering documentation.
  

• Execute engineering activities including requirements analysis implementation planning integration and test documentation deployment and system assessment.
  

• Manage test case creation and execution.
  

• Provide input to new solutions processes or standards.
  

• Collaborate with colleagues to monitor technical variances and resolve issues.
  

• Adapt to dynamic environments and foster innovative ideas.
  

• Author and execute User Acceptance strategies plans and scripts.
  

• Support the design and implementation of test cases and testing framework for infrastructure as code.
  

• Ask questions raise concerns and employ problemsolving skills.
  

Requirements

• Active Secret Clearance

• Bachelor s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience.
  

• 48 years of professional experience; or 26 years with a related master s degree.
  

• Experience in Process Mapping.
  

• Experience in architecture design and delivery within a DoD environment.
  

• 3 years of systems engineering experience.
  

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  

• Ability to work well in a dynamic fastpaced environment.
  

• Experience with JIRA Xray Confluence and Git repo.
  

• Candidate should be able to travel periodically.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AWS services and enterprise implementations.
  

• Experience with big data applications.
  

• Experience with DevOps/DevSecOps CI/CD implementation.
  

• AWS cloud certifications.
