Partnership Manager

Our client is a fastpaced growing CRM AIbased Marketing Automation startup combined with Generative AI & Multi Language support. Currently we are helping them in seeking a dynamic and resultsdriven Business Development Representative/Partnership Manager.

This role is crucial for expanding our footprint by identifying new business opportunities and building strategic partnerships within the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Undertake classic BDR work: Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients and partners in the Indonesian market; reach out via multiple channels and create unique strategies to enhance conversion rates target: deliver meetings for the AEs.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners and explore opportunities for further collaboration.
• Collaborate with the central BDR team to stay updated on the latest processes and strategies.
• Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and ensure successful partnership integrations.

Requirement

• Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in BDR or partnerships management preferably in the tech or marketing sectors.
• Strong network within the Indonesian business community with a track record of successful dealmaking.
• Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fastpaced highgrowth environment.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
