Production Manager

Introduction of Company: Our client is established in 2012 in Mumbai. They are inmanufacturing installation and servicing of Multi level Stack Parking systems Passenger Lifts and Car lifts.

GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION:

A Mechanical Parking Systems Installation Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning coordination and execution of mechanical parking systems installation projects. This role involves a variety of responsibilities to ensure the successful implementation of these systems.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan and schedule production.
• Allocate resources including materials equipment and labor.
• Manage staff and ensure that they are properly trained and equipped.
• Monitor production progress and make adjustments as needed.
• Ensure that all safety and environmental regulations are met.
• Troubleshoot problems and resolve issues.
• Oversee quality control and ensure that products meet the required standards.
• Communicate with customers and keep them updated on the status of their orders.
• Skills and qualifications required to be a production manager.
• Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of production processes and techniques.
• Understanding of safety and environmental regulations

KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:

• BE Mechanical Engineering / Diploma Mechanical Engineering.
• 2 plus years of Experience in the similar Industry.
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment through internships entrylevel positions or promotions within a company.
• Consider getting a professional certification such as the Certified Production Manager (CPM) designation.
