Job Description

Our client a well established marketing and digital services provider operating within the iGaming field is seeking to recruit an Office Manager on part time basis.

We are looking at someone with a bubbly and outgoing personality yet with high attention to details and a proactive approach to solving issues when needed.

Tasks

  • Partner with HR to maintain office policies as necessary
  • Reception duties including answering telephones in a polite and professional manner.
  • Dealing with email and telephone enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Sorting and distributing post and parcel deliveries.
  • Petty Cash Management
  • Performing clerical duties including but not limited to mailing and filing correspondence.
  • Refilling the stock for the entire office and ensuring an overall pleasant atmosphere.
  • Liaising with vendors and suppliers regarding deliveries collections repairs and other services.
  • Meeting and event coordination.
  • General Support to Office and HR Manager
  • Excellent hospitality skills to assist with enquiries from Clevel management.
  • Occasionally assisting Directors (PA).
  • Execution of other tasks which management may impose from time to time.

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar position would be appreciated but personality is key
  • A levels of education
  • Able to communicate in English flawlessly
  • Eagerness to learn
  • Polite and friendly well mannered you will be the first and last face clients and colleagues will see
  • Able to listen to others and read the room understand the needs and what needs to be done
  • Team player able to instill a positive and enriching working environment across departments
  • Well Organized and good at administration duties
  • Meticulous personality
  • Interest or experience in HR matters
  • Problem solver with a can do attitude able to think ahead and anticipate possible needs or issues and find solutions before they happened in order to ensure the smooth running of the office and activities
  • Creative personality able to think out of the box and come up with innovative ideas
  • Able to work in fast moving environments and adjust to changes quickly
