Head Of Trade Marketing With Russian And English

Gazer an international electronics and automotive manufacturer is looking for a Head of Trade Marketing.

Responsibilities:

• Development and implementation of the companys trade marketing strategy taking into account its business goals and market requirements.
• Analyzing the market and competitive environment to identify growth opportunities and define key areas of activity.
• Manage the launch and promotion of products on the market through trade channels taking into account the specifics of each channel.
• Development and implementation of trade events loyalty programs and promotions to stimulate sales.
• Interaction with sales marketing logistics and distribution departments to coordinate strategies and actions.
• Analyze the effectiveness of trade events and develop recommendations for their optimization.
• Managing the trade marketing budget and ensuring the achievement of the companys KPIs.
• Developing and maintaining partnerships with key trading partners and retailers.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in trade marketing;
• Deep understanding of the principles of retail channels and distribution.
• Experience in developing and implementing successful trade strategies and activities.
• Analytical skills to conduct market analysis and evaluate the effectiveness of activities.
• Ability to think strategically and make decisions in a dynamic environment.
• Leadership skills and experience in team management.
• Knowledge of English would be an advantage but not required.
