For our client a company from banking area we realize a recruitment process on the position Scrum Master.
Information about the project / technologies:
Location: Gda sk or Gdynia.
Main responsibilities:
1. Build and lead viable selforganizing teams.
2. Facilitate scrum team events agile ceremonies and workshops.
3. Coach and mentor team members establish feedback loops and encourage constant learning.
4. Motivate people and create a fun and energizing work environment built on trust and inclusion.
5. Develop a strong culture of knowledge sharing and drive relentless continuous improvements.
6. Steer problemsolving efforts nurture stakeholder collaboration and guide conflict resolution.
An ideal candidate profile:
- 23 years experience as a Scrum Master / Project Manager.
- Technical background or experience will be a plus.
- Location Gda sk or Gdynia.
- Focus on communication transparency and solving obstacles.
- Knowledge/experience of other methodologies/processes than Scrum will be a plus.
