The Business Expansion Manager will play a critical role in driving the companys strategic initiatives to expand its footprint through new licenses enhanced relationships with malls and exploring other expansion opportunities. This position requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in business development and an excellent track record of successful negotiations and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute expansion strategies that align with the companys overall business goals.
  • Negotiate and secure favorable licensing deals and maintain effective relationships with malls and other business partners.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify new business opportunities and potential locations for expansion.
  • Collaborate with internal teams including finance marketing and operations to ensure seamless integration of new outlets and ventures.
  • Manage all aspects of project lifecycle from concept through to completion including budgeting scheduling and compliance.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with industry stakeholders local government bodies and business communities.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies as necessary.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Real Estate or a related field. A Masters degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in business development specifically in licensing and managing relationships with malls or similar entities.
  • Proven track record of successful business expansion and strategic partnerships.
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure deals and foster longterm relationships.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Fluent in English with proficiency in Mandarin highly advantageous to effectively communicate in our major market regions.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to explore potential business sites and meet with partners.
