Job Description
- Act as a strategic business partner and advisor to the executive management team, contributing actively to business strategy and capital allocation decisions.
- Provide business insights to increase revenue intensity, create new revenue streams and identify cost savings opportunities.
- Evaluate and execute M&A transactions with a focus on improving long-term shareholder returns.
- Work closely with external auditor, tax agent, legal counsel and third-party service providers to ensure timely and accurate filings and compliance with all statutory requirements.
- Oversee governance, regulatory compliance and all other matters relating to enterprise risk management.
- Drive business improvements and operational excellence across the Finance organisation.
