Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing operational policies, procedures, and standards to optimise business operations
- Supervising daily operations in finance, HR, technology, facilities, and risk management while initiating streamlined processes for heightened productivity
- Collaborating closely with the CFO to create and oversee the company's operating budget aligned with strategic goals
- Monitoring financial performance, providing regular reports and analyses to the executive team
- Identifying opportunities for cost optimisation and revenue generation
- Working with the CEO and executive team to formulate and execute growth plans
- Analysing market trends, identifying opportunities, and mitigating risks
- Driving strategic initiatives for long-term business objectives
